ChabaPrai Spa stands on Intrawarorot Road on the west side of Chiang Mai's Old City, two minutes from Wat Phra Singh and two minutes from Walking Street. It is the larger and more indulgent of our two addresses: generous rooms, a wide reception lounge, and a treatment menu that runs to forty-seven options — six of which you will not find at our salon.
The spa has ten private treatment rooms. Every room takes two people, has two beds and its own shower, so you can arrive from a day of temples and markets, rinse off, and start the treatment properly. Nobody shares a room with strangers. Before your treatment begins you settle in the reception lounge. It is deliberately spacious — the point is that you slow down before anyone touches you, not after.
Six treatments are available here and nowhere else in ChabaPrai: Hot Stone with Aromatherapy Oil Massage, Swedish Massage, Full Body Scrub & Swedish Massage, Thai Aromatherapy Oil Massage, The Relax & Recharge Escape, and our Herbal Compress and Massage Workshop for two. Two minutes on foot from Wat Phra Singh, two minutes from Walking Street, and five minutes from the Three Kings Monument. The whole western quarter of the Old City is within a short walk, and so are a great many of its hotels and restaurants, which makes the spa easy to fit into an afternoon or an evening. Free street parking is available in the immediate area.
